|Synopsis||The full title of this publication is World Bowls - Laws of the Sport of Bowls - Crystal Mark Second Edition - (including domestic regulations for 'Bowls England'); the laws were implemented from the start of the 2011 outdoor season in England.
Following the 2014 World Bowls Council meeting held at the beginning of August 2014 in Glasgow during the Commonwealth Games, some changes have been made to the existing Laws of the Sport of Bowls necessitating a complete reprint of the current Law Book. According to Bowls England, availability of the new booklet (Crystal Mark Third Edition) will be from December 2014.
