|Synopsis||The full title of this publication is World Bowls - Laws of the Sport of Bowls - Crystal Mark Second Edition - (including domestic regulations for 'Bowls England'); the laws were implemented from the start of the 2011 outdoor season in England.
It is expected that at the 2014 World Bowls Council meeting to be held at the beginning of August 2014 in Glasgow during the Commonwealth Games that some changes will be made to the existing Laws of the Sport of Bowls. It is anticipated that this will involve a complete reprint of the current Law Book. Bowls England have exhausted their stock of the Crystal Mark Second Edition and have no intention of ordering any more before the results of the above Council meeting are known.
