Synopsis As in the previous year book, one cover (as shown above) displays the EIBA title and badge, and the other cover (shown here) the EWIBA title and badge. This year the joint section has a black margin along the foredge (easily seen when the book is closed) to visibly differentiate the three sections.

The contributions from each Association follow a broadly similar pattern with, for example: a message from the President; list of past Presidents and officials; current officers; reports from senior officials; photographs of winners of major competitions in 2007/08; records of winners and runners-up of major championships; draws for the major trophies; area secretaries/representatives; etc. Most of the 'Joint Section' comprises the directory of affiliated clubs, and also includes a list of bowls manufacturers and testers, the rules of the National Championship and information on the English Bowls Youth Development Scheme. The laws of indoor bowls are not included (and are not available online) but click here for relevant information.

The EIBA Year Book is published in August of the first year to which it relates and packs a great deal of information between its covers. Overall it represents outstanding value at £2.50.
